Organised by the Contemporary Art Center "Le Parvis", national scene Tarbes-Pyrenees, this open-air exhibition takes place in the main remarkable garden of the city of Tarbes, the Massey Garden, inviting walkers and inhabitants to take a fresh look at this magnificent green setting that embellishes their daily lives.
